Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a method for acidolysis of soft polyurethane foam waste to produce polyol, belonging to the technical field of recycling of solid waste. The invention provides the method for high-added-value utilization of soft polyurethane foam waste to overcome the problems of environmental pollution and occupation of great production space. The method uses the following raw materials by mass: 100 parts of fragments of soft polyurethane foam waste, 1 to 100 parts of an acidolysis agent, 1 to 10 parts of a catalyst and 1 to 100 parts of a diluent. The method comprises the following steps: 1, pumping the metered acidolysis agent, catalyst and diluent into a reaction vessel and carrying out heating to 160 to 200 DEG C; 2, adding the fragments of soft polyurethane foam waste at a uniform speed until the mass of the fragments reaches preset mass; and 3, carrying out heating to 230 to 250 DEG C, maintaining the temperature for 6 to 12 h and then carrying out cooling and discharging.
