Phenol removal in paraxylene recovery process

The invention is directed to purification of an aromatic hydrocarbon stream including selective removal of phenol from a process stream comprising aromatic hydrocarbon mixtures, especially aromatic hydrocarbon mixtures that contain higher-than-equilibrium paraxylene, by contact with suitable adsorbents, to provide a product stream having lower concentration of phenol than said process stream. 本发明涉及在对二甲苯回收工艺中除去苯酚，包括通过与合适的吸附剂接触从包含芳香族烃混合物(特别是含有高于平衡量的对二甲苯的芳香族烃混合物)的工艺料流中选择性地除去苯酚，以提供具有比所述工艺料流更低苯酚浓度的产物料流。
