Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a preparation method of a composite with flaky ZnO uniformly growing on an rGO (reduced graphene oxide). The preparation method comprises specific steps as follows: rGO and zinc acetate dihydrate serving as raw materials are calcined with a solvothermal method with MEA (monoethanolamine) as a surfactant, and irregular flaky ZnO on an rGO carrier, namely, an rGO/ZnO composite is obtained in a one-step growth manner. The production process is simple and flaky ZnO growing on rGO is prepared in one step with the solvothermal method.
本发明提供了种薄片状氧化锌均匀生长在还原氧化石墨烯rGO上的复合材料的制备方法。该制备方法具体包括:以氧化石墨烯GO,二水醋酸锌为原料,乙醇胺(MEA)为表面活性剂,经溶剂热法、煅烧处理,步生长合成得到在rGO载体上的不规则片状ZnO,即rGO/ZnO复合材料。本方法生产工艺简单,用溶剂热法步制得生长在rGO上的片状ZnO。 |
