The invention discloses a human-computer synchronization method. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring body motion data of a human body; matching the body motion data to a body motion model of the human body; realizing real-time mapping of the body motion model and a mechanical motion model of a robot to form mechanical motion data of the mechanical motion model; and matching the mechanical motion data with motion joints of the robot in real time to realize human-computer real-time synchronous motion. 本发明公开了种人机同步方法，包括：采集人体的人体运动数据；将所述人体运动数据匹配到所述人体的人体运动模型；实现所述人体运动模型与机器人的机械运动模型的实时映射，形成所述机械运动模型的机械运动数据；将所述机械运动数据与所述机器人的运动关节实时匹配，实现人机实时同步运动。
