Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a distributed stream control system and mechanism applied to a bus-NoC hybrid three-dimensional network-on-chip. Through combination of an application scene and an architecture feature of the hybrid three-dimensional network-on-chip, according to the stream control mechanism, stream control modules are distributed in resource competition links such as routing nodes and bus interface units; individual streams passing through the routing nodes and the bus interface units are abstracted into a plurality of convergence streams based on a convergence stream service model and bandwidth demands of the convergence streams are dynamically learned; and each routing arbiter and a bus controller determine service priorities of data packets in real time according to the difference between the bandwidth demands of the convergence streams and a practical service state and carry out data forwarding, thereby realizing on-demand allocation f communication bandwidths.
