Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a manufacturing method of a stepping motor, which comprises the following steps of: loading a rotor assembly into a casing; loading a stator assembly into the casing; loading a gear plate assembly into the casing; loading a gear assembly into the casing; assembling a cover plate to obtain the stepping motor; operating the obtained stepping motor clockwise and counterclockwise separately at least five minutes. A detection method of the stepping motor is further provided and comprises the steps of: operating the stepping motor clockwise and counterclockwise for at least five minutes separately; performing a noise test or a lifting force test. The stepping motor manufactured by the method has greatly improved noise test passing rate and lifting force test passing rate. In addition, a detection method of the stepping motor is provided.
