The device comprises a heating unit, a water cooling unit and a temperature information collecting unit, wherein the heating unit comprises a main heater and auxiliary heaters; the main heater is used for heating the to-be-tested motor iron core, and the auxiliary heaters are arranged around the to-be-tested motor iron core and are used for auxiliary heating; the main heater is tightly attached to the axial end of the to-be-tested motor iron core, and the water cooling unit is tightly attached to the other axial end of the to-be-tested motor iron core; the temperature information collecting unit comprises thermocouples and a wireless temperature collector; the thermocouples are respectively arranged between the to-be-tested motor iron core and the main heater, as well as the to-be-tested motor iron core and the water cooling unit.
