Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a dyeing method for DNAs in cells. The objective of the invention is to overcome the problems of great consumption of time and proneness to generation of errors of conventional dyeing methods for DNAs in cells. The method provided by the invention comprises the following steps: 1, preparing a glass slide with immobilized cells and then acidifying the glass sheet in hydrobromic acid; and 2, mixing a reagent A and a reagent B in a dyeing solution for DNAs in cells, carrying out shaking, then adding the solution into the glass slide treated in the step 1 and carrying out dyeing. According to the dyeing method in the invention, hydrobromic acid is used for replacing hydrochloric acid in the process of acidifying, and excess acidification hardly occurs; and the dyeing solution can produce satisfactory effect after simple mixing, so the time of a user can be substantially saved and only 1.5 h is needed for dyeing, and thus, work efficiency is greatly improved.
