The invention relates to the field of passenger cars, in particular to a baggage holder. The passenger car whole surrounding type baggage holder comprises a base, an end cover and a baggage supporting piece. A positioning section extending out of the end cover is arranged at the end of the base. The baggage supporting piece is fixedly mounted on a top cover of a car body through baggage holder bolts, a radial positioning structure is arranged between the end of the baggage supporting piece and the positioning section of the base, and an axial positioning structure is arranged between the end of the baggage supporting piece and the end of the end cover. The outer diameters of the baggage holder bolts are smaller than the hole diameters of bolt holes corresponding to the baggage holder bolts. Split type parts are adopted to span the top cover and a side body to enable whole surrounding of the baggage holder and a door frame bright strip to be achieved. Through the mode that the extending positioning section is
