The making method includes following steps: 1), pretreating a filter bag material: cutting to obtain bag body and bag bottom materials, arranging a pre-binding position, and utilizing a PTFE thin film remover to remote a PTFE thin film layer on the outer side of the pre-binding position; 2), adhering the pre-binding position through hot rolling adhesion or hot melting adhesion to obtain the coated filter bag without needle holes.
