Herba andrographitis microcapsule coated pellet producing process

The invention particularly relates to a herba andrographitis microcapsule coated pellet producing process, which includes the following steps: a) pulverizing herba andrographitis extract into nano-scale fine powder for later use; b) uniformly mixing the following raw materials including, by weight, 22% of the herba andrographitis extract fine powder, 1.5% of microcrystalline cellulose, 0.6% of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, 4.5% of dextrin and 71.4% of starch; c) pelleting the uniformly mixed raw materials in a dry-powder pelleting machine, wherein a binder is sprayed until the pellets are shaped; d) cooling the shaped pellets to normal temperature, and drying the pellets until water content is lower than 2%; e) cooling the dried pellets to normal temperature, and spraying the pellets with a coating material in the dry-powder pelleting machine to coat the pellets; and f) after the pellets are coated, cooling the coated pellets to normal temperature, inspecting the pellets, and if qualified, packaging the pell
