Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for rapidly breeding a wild bulb of fritillaria unibracteata. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining a sterile squamule; inducing a callus tissue and a cluster bud of the sterile squamule; conducting propagation culture on the cluster bulblet; inducing rooting of the regenerated bulblet; transplanting and domesticating the rooted bulblet. By adopting the technical scheme provided by the invention, the breeding rate of the fritillaria unibracteata is increased by compared with the previous researches, and the problems of easiness in browning, difficulty in rooting, more abnormal roots and the like in the breeding process of the regenerated bulblet of the fritillaria unibracteata are solved.
