The antenna consists of three layers of substrates; a radiation paster is arranged above the upper substrate; a metal grounding plate is arranged under the lower layer substrate; and a mixture of water and air is in a middle layer. The L-waveband frequency adjustable micro-strip paster antenna uses an SMA adapter to perform feeding on the antenna and changes a water surface height and resonance frequency points of the antenna.
