Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a demand-side response method based on automatic control of a power utilization load. The demand-side response method comprises the following steps of 1) periodically sending an oadrRequestEvent to a VTN by a VEN to require a VTNoadrDistributeEvent; 2) sending the oadrRequestEvent comprising a PayLoadInfo event to all VENs after load quantity which is needed to be reduced and provided by a manager is received by a VTN end and the oadrRequestEvent sent from the VEN is simultaneously received; 3) obtaining reduction quantity according to a load condition controlled by the VEN after the PayLoadInfo event of the VTN is received by the VEN, and responding to the VTN by an oadrCreatedEvent; 4) performing optimization calculation according to the load quantity needed to be reduced to obtain the load quantity needed to be reduced by each VEN after data of each VEN is received by the VTN, and issuing to each VEN by the oadrDistributeEvent containing a CutPayLoad-Venx event; and 5) obtaining res
