Zusammenfassung: | A method for controlling software issuance with a hybrid encryption algorithm comprises the steps that (S1) a background controller establishes a database; (S2) a user starts software, obtains unique recognition information of a computer and sends a certificate document to the background controller; (S3) the background controller distributes a hardware dog for the user, extracts decoding information of a purchased software functional module, and transfers the certificate back to the computer in which the software is installed; and (S4) the user accepts the certificate document and the hardware dog, inserts the hardware dog into the computer and imports the certificate document, and the user acquires the decoding information of the purchased software functional module, matches the information with a corresponding functional module in the software and runs the purchased software functional module.
