Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides an aluminum hydroxide roasting furnace smoke treatment device and method. The device comprises an electrostatic dust collector, a waste heat recycling system and a wet electrostatic dust collector. The electrostatic dust collector is connected with the waste heat recycling system through a pipeline. The waste heat recycling system is connected with the wet electrostatic dust collector through a pipeline. The wet electrostatic dust collector is connected with a chimney through a draught fan. The chimney communicates with the atmosphere. When the device is adopted to conduct aluminum hydroxide roasting furnace smoke treatment, after waste heat recycling treatment is conducted selectively according to the smoke concentration, primary electrostatic dust collection, waste heat recycling and wet electrostatic dust collection are conducted, and the treated smoke is exhausted.
