A left shaft and a right shaft of the double-shaft motor are fixedly connected with a left wind wheel and a right wind wheel correspondingly. A partitioning mounting plate is radially arranged in the middle of the double-shaft motor. A left volute and a right volute are arranged on the two surfaces of the partitioning mounting plate correspondingly. A working space of the left wind wheel is formed in the left volute. A working space of the right wind wheel is arranged in the right volute. Air outlets of the left volute and the right volute are formed in junction surfaces of the partitioning mounting plate. The left volute and the right volute can rotate relatively, and accordingly the air outlets of the left volute and the right volute can be combined to form air outlets in the same direction or can be staggered to form air outlets in different directions.
