Preparation method of fiber reinforced polymer film

The invention discloses a preparation method of a fiber reinforced polymer film. The method includes the steps of preparation of a fiber reinforced polymer film and light curing laminating compounding. Specifically, the method includes: firstly mixing light-cured resin and a reactive diluents in a mass ratio of 100:20 evenly to lower the resin viscosity so as to facilitate mixing with fiber; then adding a photoinitiator, a thickening agent and glass fiber, mixing the substances evenly, conducting standing preservation for 3h, then putting the mixture between two polyester films, applying pressure to make a fiber reinforced polymer film that can be preserved for a long term; using software to establish a three-dimensional model of a sample, and performing slicing and layering, extracting the contour of each layer, and conducting layer cutting on the polymer film according to the extracted contours; and finally carrying out lamination, bonding and light curing on the prepared sample, thus finishing making of th
