The preparation method of the lactic acid bacteria fermented sour soup includes: (1) preparation of fermentation sour broth; (2) preparation of oriented sour soup mother liquor; and (3) preparation of the lactic acid bacteria fermented sour soup. The preparation method of the instant lactic acid bacteria beancurd jelly includes: (1) preparing soybean milk powder; (2) taking the soybean milk powder and adding the lactic acid bacteria fermented sour soup; (3) immediately adding boiling water above 90DEG C for brewing, and stirring the substances rapidly for 5-10s; or inverting the step (2) and step (3).
