The invention further provides allelic genes PmR2-a and PmR2-b of the PmR2, and the allelic genes are respectively sourced from powdery mildew resistance triticumurartu materials PI428210 and PI428215. Gene coding sequences of the PmR2-a and the PmR2-b are respectively represented by SEQ ID NO. 3 and SEQ ID NO. 5.
