Preparation method for alkyl keten dimer (AKD) by solvent-free method

The invention provides a method for preparing alkyl keten dimer (AKD) by a solvent-free method. The method is capable of using fatty acid chloride and tertiary amine as raw materials. In order to reduce the viscosity produced in the reaction process, the tertiary amine is excessive, and a method for adding seed crystal is used in the reaction process. After the reaction, a reaction mixture is separated to obtain the AKD by using modes, such as filtering, distilling or acid extraction. The method is capable of solving the problem that pollution and residual solvent are caused while benzene or methylbenzene is used as the solvent for preparing the AKD. 本发明提供种无溶剂法制备烷基烯酮二聚体(AKD)的方法，该方法以脂肪酰氯及叔胺为原料，为降低反应过程中所产生的粘度，使叔胺过量，并采取在反应过程中采用加入晶种的方法。反应结束后将反应混合物采用过滤、蒸馏或酸萃取等方式进行分离得到烷基烯酮二聚体。该方法解决了以苯或甲苯作溶剂制备烷基烯酮二聚体时所造成的污染及溶剂残留问题。
