The invention provides an organic fertilizer for grape planting and a preparation method thereof. The organic fertilizer comprises the following raw materials: corn stalks, waste tobacco leaves, mushroom dreg, powdered rock phosphate, ammonium phosphate, potassium sulfate, urea, nicotinamide, chitosan, ardealite, cellulose, compound fungicide and bentonite. The corn stalks are prepared in the manner of soaking with a treating fluid and then drying. The waste tobacco leaves and the mushroom dreg are prepared in the manner of enzymatically hydrolyzing cellulase and protease and then drying. The preparation method thereof comprises the following steps: adding a mixture of compound fungicide and bentonite, powdered rock phosphate, ammonium phosphate, potassium sulfate, urea, nicotinamide, chitosan, ardealite and cellulose into the mixture of corn stalks, waste tobacco leaves and mushroom dreg, mixing and then pelletizing, thereby acquiring the organic fertilizer.
