After experiments, green pepper seeds treated by the method have better high temperature resistance, the high-temperature flower drop rate of the green pepper seeds treated by the prior art reaches up to 25.8%, the high-temperature flower drop rate of the green pepper seeds treated by the method is lower than 9.5%, flower and fruit protection effects are remarkable, and economic loss of farmer households is avoided. 本发明涉及种青椒种子处理方法，具体包括以下步骤：（1）种子采收前处理；（2）种子的储藏；（3）浸种前处理；（4）浸种处理。经过实验，经过本发明方法处理过的青椒种子具有更好的抵抗高温的能力，现有技术处理的青椒种子在高温下落花率高达25.8%，而经过本发明方法处理过的种子在高温下落花率为9.5%以下，保花保果效果显著，避免种植户的经济损失。
