Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a solution method for satellite navigation time service and time keeping in a clock synchronization system. A satellite navigation high-precision time service subsystem provides a high-precision PPS reference signal for a time synchronous subsystem; the time synchronous subsystem enables the time of travelling wave fault location devices in all substations to be kept synchronous with that of the satellite navigation high-precision time service subsystem by receiving the high-precision PPS reference signal; the travelling wave fault location devices generate travelling waves which are sent to fault points by taking the substations as initial positions, record the sending time t of the travelling waves, receive the travelling waves reflected back to the initial positions by the fault points, record the receiving time t of the travelling waves and calculate the distance X between the fault points and the initial positions, wherein the X is equal to 1/2*vt, the v is light velocity and the |
