The abandoned flow controller well and the rainwater storage pond are connected through a pipe, the rainwater storage pond and the purification device are connected through a pipe, the purification device and the clear water storage pond are connected through a pipe, and the clear water storage pond is connected with a municipal rainwater reuse network.
