The invention discloses an ultraviolet-curing adhesive and a production technique thereof. The adhesive comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 30-35% of butanone, 20-24% of UV irradiation polymer, 3-6% of reactive diluent, 10-17% of cyclohexane, 24-30% of methyl cyclohexane, 0.5-1% of photosensitizer and 0.5-2% of aid. The production technique of the adhesive comprises the following steps: adding the butanone into a raw material dispersion tank, performing heating to 40-50 DEG C, and starting stirring; adding the UV irradiation polymer, and performing stirring for 1 hour; continuing adding the reactive diluent, cyclohexane, methyl cyclohexane and aid, and performing stirring for 2 hours; and adding the photosensitizer in a dark place, and performing stirring for 2 hours.
