Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a tobacco cultivation method, comprising combined measures: (1) making high bridges and smashed ridges; (2) transplanting tobacco; (3) performing double earthing; (4) spraying a regulator in late growth period of tobacco plants, wherein component A includes, by weight, 1-10 parts of polyamine, 1-10 parts of sodium nitroprusside, and 2-5 parts of sodium sulfite, component B includes, by weight, 0.5-3 parts of cobalt chloride, 50-150 parts of calcium chloride, and 2-5 parts of mannitol, and component C includes, by weight, 10-20 parts of EDTA (ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid) and 20-30 parts of jasmonic acid; (5) keeping relative water content of soil to 60-80% in mature stage.
