Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a magnetic suspension motor without a thrust collar. The magnetic suspension motor is mainly composed of three-degree-of-freedom integrated hybrid magnetic bearing, a protective bearing, radial and axial displacement sensors, an alloy steel rotor, a high-speed motor, a housing, a locking thread ring. The high-speed motor is located at the center and is successively followed by the radial displacement sensor, the three-degree-of-freedom integrated hybrid magnetic bearing, the protective bearings, and the axial sensor outwards. The entire system is sealed inside the housing. The magnetic suspension motor has high rotor critical speed, improves rotor safety margin, and is small in volume, light in weight, high in efficiency, high in reliability and high in power density.
