The flange plate component is prepared from the following typical chemical components in percentage by weight: 0.33 percent of C, 0.56 percent of Si, 1.5 percent of Mn, 0.013 percent of P, 0.032 percent of S, 0.22 percent of Cr, 0.26 percent of Mo, 0.11 percent of V, 0.021 percent of Nb, 0.025 percent of Al, 0.07 percent of Cu, 110*10 percent of N, and the balance of Fe and unavoidable impurities. The flange plate component is formed by adopting forging; by controlling an initial forging temperature, a final forging temperature and a cooling speed after forging forming, the obtained flange plate component has a fine-grain ferrite and pearlite structure; the comprehensive mechanical performance is good; the production efficiency is high; the cost is low;
