Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a polyethylene pipe and particularly relates to an ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene pipe and a preparation method thereof. The ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene pipe is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene, 2-3 parts of polyethylene wax, 1-2 parts of graphite, 0.3-0.5 part of calcium stearate and 0.3-0.5 part of stearic acid. The mechanical property and the thermal property of the pipe are relatively improved, the tensile strength of the pipe is greater than or equal to 22MPa, the vicat softening temperature is higher than or equal to 130 DEG C, the other properties all can meet the requirements of the QB/T2668-2004 standard, the extrusion speed is more than 5 times that of a traditional extrusion method, the production efficiency is improved, and meanwhile, the production cost is reduced.
