Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a one-pot synthesis method for high-purity dimethyl cadmium. The method comprises the following steps: preparation of raw materials consisting of magnesium powder, cadmium halide, methyl halide and ether; synthesis of a crude product, wherein the above raw materials are added into a reaction vessel in one step; separation of the crude product; and purification of the crude product. According to the invention, dimethyl cadmium is directly synthesized by using the one-pot method, and the method is simple in process, easy to operate, short in synthesis period and high in product purity; 1H-NMR detection results show that the content of dimethyl cadmium synthesized by using the method is 99% or above; and ICP-OES detection results show that the purity of dimethyl cadmium is as high as 99.9999%.
本发明公开了锅法合成高纯二甲基镉的方法,首先准备原料,原料包含镁粉、卤化镉、甲基卤化物以及乙醚;然后粗品的合成,原料次性投入反应釜;继而粗品的分离;最后粗品的纯化。采用锅法直接合成,工艺简便、操作简单、周期短且产品纯度高。经H-NMR检测,该合成方法得到的二甲基镉含量在99%以上,并且通过ICP-OES检测,二甲基镉纯度高达99.9999%。 |
