The automated hickory shell breaking and kernel taking production line comprises a primary shell breaking mechanism, a secondary low-damage centrifugal shell breaking mechanism, a winnowing mechanism, a sorting mechanism and a color sorting mechanism which are successively connected through a conveying mechanism; a motor is arranged at the bottom of each mechanism; the automated hickory shell breaking and kernel taking production line further comprises a speed regulating and detecting system, a touch screen, a frequency converter and a PLC master control system; the primary shell breaking mechanism, a conveying mechanism, the winnowing mechanism, the sorting mechanism, the secondary low-damage centrifugal shell breaking mechanism, the color sorting mechanism, the speed regulating and detecting mechanism, the motors, the touch screen and the frequency converter are connected to the PLC master control system in a regu
