Service processing method and apparatus

Disclosed are a service processing method and apparatus, which relate to the field of communications. The method comprises: an intermediate agent node establishing a connection with a user agent, and providing a predetermined web page to the user agent over the connection, wherein the predetermined web page comprises a setting option of whether to process an access request via the intermediate agent node; the intermediate agent node receiving operation information triggered by the user agent according to the setting option; and when the operation information is generated by the user agent triggering a prohibition processing option, the intermediate agent node intercepting an access request sent again by the user agent to a network server, and directly forwarding the access request to the network server.
