The tapered portion (411) has a light incident surface (411a) and an inclined surface (411b), and the inclined surface (411b) is connected to the light incident surface (411a). The light guide portion (412) is connected to the tapered portion (411), and the light guide portion (412) has an optical surface (412a) that is connected to the inclined surface (411b). The platform portion (420) is provided on the tapered portion (411). Each of the platform portions (420) comprises a flat surface (420a).
