Adhesive for sticking high-oil-filling SEBS (Styrene-ethylene/butylene-styrene) and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses an adhesive for sticking high-oil-filling SEBS (Styrene-ethylene/butylene-styrene) and a preparation method thereof. The adhesive for sticking the high-oil-filling SEBS, disclosed by the invention, is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 75 to 90 parts of the SEBS, 5 to 10 parts of an acrylate monomer, 0.1 to 0.3 part of an initiator, 4 to 15 parts of tackifying resin and 200 to 400 parts of a mixed solvent. According to the adhesive for sticking the high-oil-filling SEBS, disclosed by the invention, an initial sticking and rapid positioning property of the adhesive is improved through introducing the tackifying resin to an acrylate grafted modified SEBS polymer solution and a stable effect of sticking performance can be realized. 本发明公开了种用于粘接高充油SEBS的胶粘剂及其制备方法，本发明的用于粘接高充油SEBS的胶粘剂，其由下述各重量份的各成分制备而成：SEBS弹性体75-90份、丙烯酸酯单体5-10份、引发剂0.1-0.3份、增粘树脂4-15份、混合溶剂200-400份。本发明通过引入增粘树脂到丙烯酸酯接枝改性SEBS聚合物溶液来提高胶粘剂的初粘快速定位性能，并可实现粘接性能稳定的效果。
