The method is characterized by comprising the technological steps of primary stretching, trimming, S shape processing, horizontal riveting and vertical riveting. According to the method, processing of the skylight frame with an S shape is divided into two steps, firstly, primary stretching is carried out, then, S-shaped parts are independently processed, processing of the S shape is achieved, up-down motion of a mold is converted to horizontal motion of inserts through an inclined surface, S-shaped parts of U-shaped blocks are formed through outward extrusion of the inserts, and finally, the high-quality non-fall skylight frame with the S shape is produced through horizontal riveting and vertical riveting on straight sides. 本发明公开了种汽车内饰顶棚天窗框的生产方法,其特点是,包括初步拉伸、修边、S造型加工、水平铆接和垂直铆接工艺步骤,把具有S造型的天窗框的加工分成两步,先初步拉伸,再单独加工S造型部位,实现了S造型的加工,通过斜面把模具的上下运动转换成镶块的水平运动,通过镶块的向外挤压,实现了U型块的S造型部位成型,最后通过直边上的水平铆接和垂直铆接,生产出了高质量的没有落差的带有S造型的天窗框。
