Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses application of nano ceramic-based paint in preventing oxidation of an anode carbon block of an aluminum electrolysis cell. A method for treating the aluminum electrolysis cell comprises the step that at least one part of the surface of the anode carbon block of the aluminum electrolysis cell is coated with the nano ceramic-based paint, and therefore a nano ceramic-based coating is formed on the surface of an anode. By means of the method for treating the aluminum electrolysis cell, the corrosion speed of the anode carbon block can be effectively decreased, and therefore the service life of the anode carbon block and the aluminum electrolysis cell is prolonged, and the production cost is reduced. 本发明公开了纳米陶瓷基涂料在预防铝电解槽阳极炭块氧化中的应用,其中处理铝电解槽的方法包括:在所述铝电解槽的阳极炭块至少部分表面涂覆纳米陶瓷基涂料,以便在所述阳极表面形成纳米陶瓷基涂层。通过采用该处理铝电解槽的方法,可以有效降低阳极炭块的腐蚀速度,进而延长阳极炭块以及铝电解槽的使用寿命,降低生产成本。
