Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a preparation method of gamma GO/ZnO hollow microspheres. The gamma GO/ZnO hollow microspheres are obtained via growth of GO-coated overlapped single hexagonal sheet ZnO. According to the preparation method, graphene oxide (GO) and zinc acetate dihydrate are taken as raw materials, ethanolamine (MEA) is taken as a surfactant, aminopropyltriethoxysilane (APTES) is taken as a coupling agent, and hydrothermal method and calcining are adopted so as to obtain the gamma GO/ZnO hollow microspheres obtained via growth of gamma GO-coated overlapped single hexagonal sheet ZnO, and a gamma GO/ZnO hollow microsphere composite material is obtained. The preparation method is simple; and APTES is taken as the crosslinking agent so as to obtain the gamma GO/ZnO hollow microspheres. 本发明提供了种GO包裹由单六方片状氧化锌相互搭接生长成空心微球的氧化锌的制备方法。该制备方法具体包括:以氧化石墨烯GO,二水醋酸锌为原料,乙醇胺(MEA)为表面活性剂,氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(APTES)为偶联剂,经水热法、煅烧处理,得到rGO包裹由单六方片状氧化锌相互搭接生长成空心微球的氧化锌;制得rGO/ZnO空心微球形貌的复合材料。本方法生产工艺简单,通过APTES偶联剂的作用制得种由rGO包裹六方片状相互搭接生长成空心微球的氧化锌复合材料。
