Packing auger shafts of the spiral conveyors are hollow shafts in which cooling media can circulate. The outer walls of the spiral conveyors are further sleeved with cooling casing pipes used for circulation of the cooling media. The manner that the outer walls of the spiral conveyors are sleeved with the cooling casing pipes and combination of the packing auger hollow shafts is adopted for cooling is adopted, the cooling media exchange heat with heat transmitted to the shafts through pipe interior powder activated carbon through the packing auger hollow shafts, the heat on the shafts is constantly brought away, and the purpose of rapidly cooling the powder activated carbon can be achieved.
