Tungsten powder reduction equipment and control method thereof

The invention provides tungsten powder reduction equipment which comprises a main heating system, a confluence system, a reduction furnace and an intellectual electric apparatus control cabinet. The main heating system comprises a hydrogen heater, a steam heater and a mixing tank. The hydrogen heater and the steam heater communicate with the mixing tank through a first pipeline and a second pipeline correspondingly. The confluence system comprises a confluence pipe and division units. The confluence pipe communicates with the mixing tank through a third pipeline and is provided with at least one division unit. Each division unit comprises a division pipe, an auxiliary heater, an orifice plate flowmeter and differential pressure transmitters, wherein the auxiliary heater communicates with the confluence pipe through the division pipe and communicates with the reduction furnace through a gas guide pipe. A solenoid valve, the orifice plate flowmeters and the differential pressure transmitters are all electricall
