Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses application of nano-ceramic-based paint in prevention of oxidation of an anode steel claw of an aluminum electrolysis cell. A method for treating the aluminum electrolysis cell comprises the steps that the nano-ceramic-based paint is sprayed on the surface of the anode steel claw of the aluminum electrolysis cell, so that a nano-ceramic-based coating is formed on the surface of the anode steel claw. Through the method for treating the aluminum electrolysis cell, the corrosion speed of the anode steel claw can be lowered effectively, then service life of the anode steel claw and the aluminum electrolysis cell is prolonged, and production cost is lowered. 本发明公开了纳米陶瓷基涂料在预防铝电解槽阳极钢爪氧化中的应用,其中处理铝电解槽的方法包括:在所述铝电解槽的阳极钢爪表面喷涂纳米陶瓷基涂料,以便在所述阳极钢爪表面形成纳米陶瓷基涂层。通过采用该处理铝电解槽的方法,可以有效降低阳极钢爪的腐蚀速度,进而延长阳极钢爪以及铝电解槽的使用寿命,降低生产成本。
