Zusammenfassung:The invention aims to provide a method for improving the mechanical strength of a binder-free molecular sieve catalyst, and belongs to the field of petrochemical industry. The method includes following specific steps that the binder-free molecular sieve catalyst is soaked into an aluminum salt solution for 1-3 hours, and after drying and calcination, a sample with required strength is obtained, wherein the binder-free molecular sieve catalyst is soaked in the aluminum salt by means of an equal-quantity method, and the content of aluminum salt in the form of aluminum trioxide in the catalyst is 1-30 wt%. Compared with the simply synthesized binder-free molecular sieve catalyst, the mechanical strength of the sample obtained by means of the method can be adjusted and controlled, and the crystallinity is kept high. 本发明的目的在于提供种提高无粘结剂分子筛催化剂机械强度方法,属于石油化工领域。具体步骤为:将无粘结剂分子筛催化剂浸渍于铝盐溶液中1~3小时,干燥和焙烧后得到所需强度样品,其中催化剂中依等量法浸渍的铝盐以三氧化铝计占催化剂的重量百分含量为1~30%。与仅合成的无粘结剂分子筛催化剂相比,该方法得到的样品机械强度可调和可控,结晶度高保持。
