The system comprises a flue gas interaction tank; a decontamination and circulation system, which is used to purify and circulate liquid in the flue gas interaction tank and is communicated with the flue gas interaction tank; a recirculation flue gas introducing pipe, which is communicated with the flue gas interaction tank, wherein the tail end of the recirculation flue gas introducing pipe is arranged in the flue gas interaction tank; a liquid supplementing system, which is communicated with the flue gas interaction tank and is used to supplement liquid to the flue gas interaction tank; and a heat exchange system, which is communicated with the flue gas interaction tank and is used to reduce the temperature of liquid in the flue gas interaction tank.
