Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a method for observing the three-dimensional structure of the trachea of an insect by micro CT (Computed Tomography). The method comprises the following steps: a, sample treatment: performing tissue fixation on a respiratory organ of a target insect by using a fixing solution at the temperature of 4 DEG C; b, micro CT observation: observing a treated sample by micro CT. The method has the advantages of observing the three-dimensional characteristic of the respiratory organ, rebuilding and observing the structure of any plane, along with no tissue damage, high speed, high efficiency and high repeatability. By adopting the method, the basic structure of the insect can be known comprehensively from outside to inside and from a plane to three dimension, and an important basis and a technical measure are provided for comprehensive observation of the internal respiratory system structure of the insect.
