Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a method for precipitating industrial-raw-material-level basic copper carbonate from PCB wastewater by adopting wet-process fluidization. Copper-containing waste liquor with copper concentration lower than or equal to 1% and copper-containing wastewater are mixed, the mixture enters a mixed storage tank, is uniformly mixed and flows into a fluidized bed, sodium hydroxide is added to regulate pH to 9 plus/minus 0.5, purity of produced basic copper carbonate crystals is 95%-98%, the moisture content is lower than or equal to 10%, surface purity of valuable element crystals of basic copper carbonate is quite high, and the crystals can be recycled to meet market demands.
