The cooling capacity recovery equipment of the air-conditioner comprises a condensate water heat exchanger and a forced convection device, wherein an inlet of the condensate water heat exchanger allows inflowing of condensate water and communicates with a water outlet pipe of the air-conditioner; an outlet of the condensate water heat exchanger is used for discharging hot water; and the forced convection device is used for driving normal-temperature air to flow through the condensate water heat exchanger.
