Actinoplanes teichomyceticus FIM-68 is taken as an original strain, and a mutant strain is obtained by adopting an atmospheric and room temperature plasma mutation technology and screening; the mutant strain is actinoplanes teichomyceticus FIM-68-66, which can be used for producing the teicoplanin by fermenting at high yield in order to increase the yield of the teicoplanin greatly, and can be applied to industrial fermentation production; moreover, the strain FIM-68-66 has high stability and basically stable potency in teicoplanin production after continuous passage of three generations, keeps the potency at the same high level, and can be taken as a production strain for further research and development. 本发明以替考游动放线菌FIM-68(Actinoplanes teichomycoticus)为出发菌株,采用常压室温等离子体诱变技术并筛选得到的诱变菌株,该诱变菌株为替考游动放线菌FIM-68-66(Actinoplanes teichomycoticus),其能够发酵高产替考拉宁,大幅度提高了替考拉宁的产量,能够应用于工业化发酵生产;且该菌株FIM-68-66稳定性良好,连
