Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a field high-strength composite cable insulation material and a preparation method of same. The composite cable insulation material includes a first insulation sleeve and a heat-conductive pipe which is located inside and is coaxial to the first insulation sleeve. The heat-conductive pipe is connected to the inner wall of the first insulation sleeve through a plurality of heat-conductive sheets, wherein a cavity is formed between two adjacent heat-conductive sheets. A second insulation sleeve is fixed in each cavity, wherein the outer wall of each second insulation sleeve is at least partly contacted with the heat-conductive sheets. The outer surface of the first insulation sleeve is sunken inwardly in the radial direction thereof to form a plurality of grooves. Wear-resisting granules are fixed in the grooves and are at least partly located outside the grooves, thus forming projections.
