The present invention provides a class of 3-alkyl-5,6-dioxy substituted phthalide compounds, a preparation method and uses thereof, wherein the structure of the phthalide compounds is represented by a formula (I) defined in the specification, and R1, R2 and R3 are defined in the specification and the claim.
