Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method of preparing isoamyl acetate with a ZSM-5 molecular sieve membrane. In the method, a high-performance ZSM-5 molecular sieve membrane is applied to an acid-catalysis reaction process of acetic acid and isoamyl alcohol, wherein water generated during esterification is removed on line through an esterification reaction-membrane separation coupling technology. In the method, sodium hydrogen sulfate is used as a catalyst, and the esterification reaction is coupled with the membrane separation process through pervaporation technology, so that the water generated during esterification between the acetic acid and isoamyl alcohol is removed on line through the high-performance ZSM-5 molecular sieve membrane. The method simplifies operations in the esterification reaction and reduces reaction temperature and energy consumption, and also solves the problems of equipment corrosion, waste acid emission and the like.
